Back by popular demand, Le Méridien Nouméa is pleased to launch the 2015 edition of the “French Cheese Festival”, with the contribution and participation of Mr Gerard Poulard, “Maître fromagier” – cheese Master.
For over 20 years, Gérard Poulard has travelled throughout the French countryside to discover its varied history and culture. He has particularly learned much concerning the migration of the population that is at the origin of numerous cheeses.
